By placing an order with Groove Life® Innovative Belts, Silicone Rings, and More or by using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. Order Processing and Shipping

All orders undergo verification and must be accepted before we begin processing.
Groove Life® reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for reasons including inventory shortages, payment verification problems, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
Once accepted, please allow 2-4 business days for order processing before shipment.
After processing, shipping typically requires 7-15 business days to reach you.
Shipping fees are calculated based on your order details and are displayed at checkout.

Returns and Refunds

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
Only items returned in their original condition qualify for a return.
Customers pay for return shipping unless the product was defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect.

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned merchandise.
All refunds will be returned to the original payment method used for purchase.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement by contacting our customer service team at phoebeemilio4454@outlook.com. If more than 24 hours have passed, cancellation may not be possible if your order has already been processed or shipped.
